Ingredients:
- 2-½ cups milk

- ½ cup peanuts (or another favorite nut)
- ½ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips (optional)
- ½ cup marshmallow crème - Walden Farms
- 12 disposable plastic cups
- 12 wooden pop sticks
Instructions
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 4-6 minutes or until bubbly and slightly thickened, stirring every 2 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes, stirring several times.
- Meanwhile, combine peanuts and chocolate chips; divide among plastic cups. Stir marshmallow creme into pudding; spoon into cups. Insert wooden pop sticks; freeze.

Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, sift together the baking mix, pudding, and 1/2 cup coconut. Create a hole in the center and set aside. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and applesauce. Pour into the center of the baking mix. Stir together gently by hand, until just moistened. Do not over mix. Stir in the chocolate chunks.
- Place a large spoonful into a greased muffin top pan. Sprinkle with the extra coconut on top. Bake at 375* for 11-12 minutes. Cool for 2-3 minutes in the pan before removing them to a wire rack. Serve warm. Store in a sealed container for 4-5 days. Makes 16 muffin tops.

- Mix well until pudding is dissolved.
- Stir in strawberries, banana, blueberries, grapes, and sugar if desired.
- Chill.
