It’s Monday again, and that means it’s meal replacement Mondays! But unlike last week, we decided to add in a 15 minute jog!
Challenge: Take a 15 minute jog or fast walk. You can have your meal replacement at any time, but we recommend having a protein shake or bar after you come back from the walk/jog.
